The staff is accommodating, courteous. The location is great and absolutely perfect, 2 km from Chaweng Boxing Stadium. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to most bars & shopping mall.

Booked a room for a chair or stool. Had an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

In the middle of the city, very convenient. Located in 10 minutes' drive to the airport. Stylish, new-fashioned room with a private bathroom and a hair dryer, shower caps, and fresh towels.

Kind of rude staff!

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and pretty, nevertheless I stayed for 3 nights only. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was fantastic! The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Chaweng Boxing Stadium. A wide array of options nearby, I visited cafés and bars close to the property.

Location really close to all the restaurants, lots of change places and the market, the airport and the beach and shopping centre, restaurants.

Beds were extremely hard.

The hotel is situated in a great area, right on the beach and just off the main street. Guests can easily access the tourist centers, restaurants, and nightlife without any disturbance from noise. Rooms have modern and exotic decorations, with comfortable beds and towels provided. The bar, situated by the beach and pool area, has friendly staff serving delicious drinks.

Some reviews have reported limited facilities, including no gym or loungers for all hotel guests, slow check-in and room service, and a lack of authentic Thai cuisine on the menu.

I had a great time here! The hotel is super close to the beach, which is really convenient for swimming and sunbathing. Plus, it's located right on the Main Street, so I was easily able to find lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and tour agencies all within easy walking distance. The facilities are also really nice - there's a long swimming pool with a kid zone, and even free kayaking available if you want to paddle out on the water. The staff was also friendly and helpful which made my stay even better.

The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere. It was conveniently located near the beach and grocery shops, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were accommodating and very friendly. The pool area and lounging area by the beach were perfect for relaxation.

We had some issues with the electricity that kept turning on and off, making it difficult for us to sleep through the night due to the clicking noise. As a result, we had to turn off the air conditioning because of the noise.

I had an amazing time at this beachfront hotel. The banana theme throughout the property added a fun and unique touch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The facilities were top-notch, including the beachfront restaurant, long swimming pool with a kid zone, and spacious lobby area. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, equipped with a tote bag and beach towels. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a stunning ocean view. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
